Official Notice: Amendments to Albury Cougars 2025 Fundraising Raffle

The Albury Cougars Basketball Association has issued an official amendment to the 2025 Fundraising Raffle Terms & Conditions under Clause 8. Please review the updated details below:


🗓️ The raffle draw has been rescheduled to Sunday, 3 May 2026

⏰ 5:00 PM (AEST) 📍 Lauren Jackson Sports Centre, East Albury (All draw procedures under Clause 9 remain unchanged.)


🎟️ Updated Ticket Limits

• Revised Maximum Ticket Quantity: 350 tickets

• Minimum Ticket Sales Required: 350 tickets


(If this minimum is not met, the Promoter may extend the raffle period again or cancel the raffle and issue full refunds, as permitted under Clause 8.)


⏳ Updated Sales Closing Date

Wednesday, 29 April 2026 at 5:00 PM (AEST)


📌 Important Notes from the Amendment

• All other Terms & Conditions remain unchanged.

• All previously purchased tickets continue to be valid for the new draw date.

• This amendment is made in accordance with the Community Gaming Act 2018 (NSW) and Community Gaming Regulation 2020 (NSW).

• Notice is being issued to ticket holders via email/SMS and published on official Albury Cougars channels as required under Clause 8.
